Exclusive Use of SOWAL House
Private access to the entire Rosemary Beach club from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Dedicated Staff
One SOWAL House bartender and one concierge to welcome guests and manage the door throughout the evening.
Entertainment
House music through our SONOS system and use of our self playing baby grand piano are included. Live musicians may also be booked separately with advance approval. Performances must be acoustic and without drums. DJs and karaoke are not permitted.
Private Party Rates
Friday and Saturday: $3,500
Sunday through Thursday: $2,500
Availability
Private party rentals are available December 1 through December 21. During this period, SOWAL House Rosemary will be closed for regular service and available exclusively for private bookings.
Food and Beverage
Food, beverages, catering, musicians, additional staffing, and rentals are not included in the venue fee. Outside catering may be permitted with advance approval. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through and served by SOWAL House. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
