Arrive in style with The Orbiter, our exclusive Sprinter service offering round-trip transportation to and from SOWAL House. Your party of 4 to 8 guests (ages 21+) will be picked up from any location between Rosemary Beach & Grayton Beach and chauffeured to your evening at SOWAL House. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with private club passes, reserved seating and two bottles of champagne waiting at your table — because nights like these deserve a proper start. When the evening winds down, The Orbiter will be ready to escort your party back safely (return service available until 11 PM). Ride. Revel. Return — effortlessly.
Fine Print
The Orbiter Shuttle Service provides round-trip luxury transportation to and from SOWAL House for private parties of 4 to 8 guests. Service includes private club passes, reserved seating at SOWAL House and two (2) bottles of champagne provided at the reserved table. Eligibility: • All guests must be 21 years of age or older to use the service. • A minimum of 4 guests and a maximum of 8 guests are required per booking. Pick-Up & Drop-Off Radius: • Pick-up and drop-off locations must be Rosemary Beach and Grayton Beach, Florida. • Specific pick-up times and addresses must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation. Service Hours: • Return trips are available until 11:00 PM. • Final return transportation must be requested no later than 10:45 PM. Wait Period Policy: • The Orbiter driver will wait a maximum of 5 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time. • If the party is not ready within 5 minutes, the trip may be canceled without refund. • For return service, guests must depart SOWAL House at their scheduled time to ensure safe return before 11:00 PM. Reservation Requirements: • Payment for the service is due at the time of booking. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up cannot be refunded. Included with the Service: • Round-trip chauffeured transportation aboard the Orbiter Sprinter. • Reserved seating at SOWAL House for your party. • Two (2) bottles of house-selected champagne provided at your table upon arrival. Additional Terms: • Additional beverages beyond the two included champagne bottles are available for purchase at SOWAL House. • Guests are expected to drink responsibly; SOWAL House and The Orbiter reserve the right to refuse service to any guest displaying excessive intoxication for their safety and the safety of others. • The Orbiter vehicle is non-smoking. • Damage to the vehicle caused by guests may result in additional charges.
