A Private Party booking provides exclusive use of SOWAL House Rosemary Beach from **4:00 PM to 10:00 PM** on the reserved date. The rental fee is **$3,500 Friday and Saturday** and **$2,500 Sunday through Thursday**. The fee includes exclusive club access, one bartender, one concierge or door attendant, use of the SONOS system, use of the self playing baby grand piano, and after party cleaning. Food, beverages, catering, musicians, additional staffing, decorations, rentals, and other event expenses are not included unless stated in writing. **Beverages** Alcohol is not included. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through and served by SOWAL House. Outside alcohol is prohibited. **Food & Catering** Outside catering may be permitted with advance approval. Caterers must comply with applicable licensing, health, safety, and venue requirements. **Entertainment** SONOS and the player piano are included. Live musicians may be booked separately with advance approval. Performances must be acoustic and may not include drums. DJs and karaoke are not permitted. SOWAL House retains final control over sound levels. **Vendors & Decorations** Outside vendors and decorations require advance approval. Nothing may be attached or used in a manner that damages the venue. Confetti, glitter, smoke machines, and similar materials are prohibited unless approved. **Damage & Cleaning** The renter is responsible for damage caused by guests, vendors, or performers. Standard cleaning is included. Excessive cleaning, damage, or abandoned property may result in additional charges. **Event Hours & Conduct** Setup, guest access, vendor activity, breakdown, and cleanup must occur between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM unless approved in advance. Occupancy limits must be observed. SOWAL House may remove anyone engaging in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive conduct. All events must comply with applicable laws, property rules, fire regulations, licensing requirements, and local noise ordinances. SOWAL House management retains final authority over venue operations and use of the premises.
