Performance Agreement

Please download the SOWAL House Artist Booking Package, complete all applicable fields, save the finished PDF, and return it to timmy@sowalhouse.com

Promotion Guidelines
When promoting your performance:

  • Use only approved event graphics, logos, and descriptions supplied by SOWAL House.

  • You may use the approved event description or a reasonable derivative of it.

  • Link to the official SOWAL House ticket or reservation page.

  • Do not publish ticket prices.

  • Do not share artist, band-comp, complimentary-ticket, or promotional codes.

  • Do not create independent ticketing pages or event listings using SOWAL House branding without approval.

    Approved Spelling
    The approved spelling of SOWAL House is "SOWAL House". Please refrain from any other capitalization (SoWal House, sowal house, Sowal House, etc.) when sharing on social media. 
     

SOWAL House may request that promotional material be corrected or removed if it does not follow these guidelines.

Approved Downloadable Logos

Only the official, unaltered SOWAL House logos provided below may be used when promoting your performance.Logos may not be modified, recreated, recolored, stretched, cropped, combined with other artwork, or placed on backgrounds that reduce legibility.
